Carol Schubert, LCMHC

The Center for Holistic Healing is excited to have Carol on our team of mental health professionals.

Carol Schubert graduated with a Master of Arts in Mental Health Counseling from Argosu University in Sarasota, Florida in 2012. She is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC )in North Carolina and a Licensed Mental Health Clinician (LMHC) in Massachusetts.

Carol is trained in a multitude of modalities, the majority being in trauma including TF-CBT, ARC, and sandtray world play. Her love is helping children, adolescents, and families go from teetering on crisis mode to being productive and functional based on their desires when entering treatment. She believes all people are great. Some just need encouragement and support to help them through their phases of life. Carol's philosophy is to work herself out of a job and equip all aged individuals to connect with mind, body, and spirit to help themselves achieve healing.

Beyond helping those who have suffered from traumatic experiences, Carol enjoys working with any age with ADHD, anxiety, depression, life transitions, addition/recovery, and cultural issues. She has worked with people who have lived overseas and are reacclimating or acclimating, depending on the person, to living here in the Triad area. In fact, Peace Corps Uganda utilizes  a therapeutic journal she created to help Peace Corp Volunteers with in country experiences as well as returning home.

If you would like to schedule an appointment with Carol or find out more information please contact us at 336-841-4307.

We look forward to hearing from you soon!
