Class Guidelines for Wellness Precautions

  • If you have symptoms of acute respiratory illness stay home and do not attend appointments or classes at CHH until you are free of fever (100.4° F [37.8° C] or greater using an oral thermometer), signs of a fever, and any other symptoms for at least 24 hours, without the use of fever-reducing or other symptom-altering medicines (e.g. cough suppressants).
  • If you arrive for a class with acute respiratory illness symptoms (i.e. cough, shortness of breath) you will with care and gentleness be asked to leave CHH.
  • If you have had direct contact with someone with Covid-19, please let CHH know prior to your class. 336-841-4307
  • Shield coughs and sneezes with a tissue, elbow, or shoulder (not the bare hands).
  • We encourage you to avoid touching your noses, mouths, and eyes.
  • Remember to take the time to eat healthy, get a good night’s sleep, and exercise.  As you all know, a person's overall health impacts their body's immune system and can affect their ability to fight off, or recover from, an illness.
  • At the end of all yoga classes, please take extra time and attention in wiping down all equipment with the disinfecting wipes or yoga equipment spray provided.
  • Please bring your own props if you have them including a towel to class.

Thank you for being mindful and proactive!
