Women's Therapy Groups


We are so excited to invite you to our women-only psychotherapy groups!
These groups are a supportive space where all women are welcome
and can grow, heal and connect through a gentle therapist guided 12 week journey. 

In this very unique group we will be exploring topics such as intimacy, relationships, parenting, each stage of life and changes in body and mind, finding your joy amidst the chaos, and mood and nervous system regulation.

​There is a twelve-week curriculum rotation with new topics explored each week.


What is group therapy and why will this help me?
Group therapy is a very effective way to treat and manage symptoms of anxiety, depression and PTSD.

​Studies have shown that group therapy can significantly reduce the distress of members and can help them gain a sense of belonging and validation. Members can join the group following an appropriate assessment and/or diagnosis of anxiety, depression or trauma related disorder.

Clients will hold confidential space for each member and adhere to a group code of conduct which includes preserving the confidentiality of other members. During group therapy, the therapist, Erin, will be a counselor, teacher and guide but often group members participate just as much as the leader!

The therapist will engage with members and present topics and information for discussion as well as create interventions appropriate to the group's dynamics.

Meet Your Therapist

Erin Cooley-Gross is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor in North Carolina with over ten years of experience working with children, families, and adults through various stages of transition, trauma, and growth.

Erin has worked with clients who have experienced trauma and/or suffer with anxiety and depression using various modalities such as CBT and EMDR.

​Erin’s creative and passionate style will have you thinking, exploring and laughing throughout the group.


Details For Our Group
There are two Women's Groups held at the Center for Holistic Healing in High Point
Wednesdays 4:00-5:00 pm
Fridays 12:00 -100 pm


The cost of the group may be covered by your health insurance.
​Please call Molly or Angela to see if your insurance covers group therapy or the fee for self pay.

Self pay cost of the group is $25.00 per session. 
There is a discount available if you pay for all sessions up front!
