Counseling
Counseling at The Center for Holistic Healing is provided by six (6) licensed mental health professionals. All of our mental health professionals have extensive experience with clients who are working on issues related to anxiety, depression, stress, relationship issues, grief, PTSD, ADD/ADHD, and parenting issues. Counseling is available for individuals, couples, families, children, and adolescents. Support and educational groups are also provided at The Center for Holistic Healing. Most insurance accepted for for counseling sessions. Please call 841-4307 to discuss your insurance benefits.

Classes and Groups Related to Common Counseling Goals:
Yoga for Emotional Wellness
Taught By: Heather Mask, LPC RYT Time/Dates: Fridays 10:30-11:30AM
Cost: $40.00 per month due the first class of the month or Drop in rate of $12.00 per class
Description: Unlike most yoga classes the main focus of this class is not the fitness of your body. In this class we will be more focused on working towards emotional wellness. This class is designed specifically for those who would like to know how to use the principles of yoga to facilitate a healthier emotional state. Each class will consist of a breathing exercise, guided meditation, and movements and stretches focusing on emotional health. Class is limited to 5 students to allow for personal attention for all students. Please call to reserve your space in the class.
