Rob Goodman has been providing therapy services since his graduation from  Adelphi University in Garden City, NY, where he earned a Master's Degree in Clinical Social Work in 1994.

Rob works with adults and adolescents and is experienced in treating trauma, depression, anxiety, obsessive- compulsive disorder, bipolar disorder, and chemical dependence.  He also works often with adjustment issues related to various stressors commonly experienced in life, including stress caused by family, marriage, occupational, social and financial issues.   He is a Level II EMDR trained clinician.

Rob has worked as a therapist in multiple outpatient settings, and has facilitated groups related to grief issues, chemical dependency, and anxiety.  He started The Center for Emotional Healing, a private practice, with Heather Mask, LPC, in 2005.  This developed into The Center for Holistic Healing in 2009.

Rob believes in the importance of treating the mind, body, and spirit in order to promote balance and health.
