I am a creative spirit with a multi curricular brain. I hope to stay curious and learn about myself, others, and our world for the rest of my life. There is magic in discovery!

I offer interactive classes and consultations to encourage wellness through design. We are each a unique divine expression of the universe and can connect with our innate intelligence to heal and rejuvenate our body, mind, and spirit.

I have developed creative programs for a variety of ages for over 15 years.

I am a certified RYT-200 yoga instructor, Reiki Master, and has completed a 600 hour Ayurveda Wellness Counselor program.

I also have certifications in Yoga Foundations, Anatomy and Alignment, Kids Yoga, and Warrior Kids for healing trauma. I have taken numerous other training classes including Aerial, AcroYoga, Savasana Adjustments, Kundalini, and Yoga for Emotional Wellness Anxiety and Depression.

I earned a Bachelors of Arts from UNC-Chapel Hill in Language Arts and Science Education and a Masters from Duke University in Theology.

I look forward to working with you, learning from you, and supporting you on your journey.

“You are not a machine. You are asymmetrical. You have lines. You have curves. You are textured and have patterns. You have movement. You are a timepiece; you hold all in your cells. You are layered, detailed, elegant, and with depth. You wear your process. You are your flow. Design Well.” -JB
