Jennifer Talton, RYT

Jennifer Talton received her RYT 200 under the guidance of Stream of Consciousness Yoga, where her training became rooted in the principals of intuition, balance, trust and the development of self-awareness.

Her passion for health paved the way to becoming a Wellness Coach, with a concentration in Gut Health from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in 2020.

With over 12 years of practice in yoga and fitness, Jennifer has come to the realization that “movement is medicine". Believing that as the mind and body become aligned though motion, it leads to clarity and a rejuvenation.

She teaches with individuality in mind. Guiding her students to release expectation and connect with their true alignment.

Jennifer currently teaches the Monday evening online yoga class which is held each week from 6:00 to 7:00pm.
