New Policies for CHH
Starting 01/01/22

Dear members of our CHH community,

Starting in 2022, there will be some changes to our financial policies. We want you to be aware of these policies well in advance. These policies go into effect on 1/1/2022:

1. As of 1/1/22 there is a standard charge of $50 for any appointment that is canceled with less than a 24 hour notice or if you do not show up for the appointment.  Please be aware of your appointment times and contact us with any need to alter your appointments to avoid this charge.  Although we generally do reminder phone calls, do not rely on these calls as your reminder.   Most practitioners have a waiting list of people hoping for an appointment to come open, and canceling with more than a 24 hour notice allows us to schedule someone from that list.  Thank you in advance.

2.
As of 1/1/22, if your balance exceeds $150, you can not attend another appointment until the balance is paid.  Any exception to this can only be arranged through the practitioner and there will need to be a plan for repayment of the balance in place.

3. We have found, especially since doing telehealth, that many of you prefer to keep a credit card on file.  If you would like to keep a credit card on file, please let Molly or your practitioner know.  Please be aware this is not a requirement, just a service offered for your convenience.  Credit Card information is only kept in a PCI compliant location with our credit card processing company.

Thank you for your faith in us as practitioners and for choosing The Center for Holistic Healing to be part of your wellness team.  We value each and every one of you.  Please feel free to reach out to us with any questions or concerns about the new policies.

                                                                                                Sincerely,
                                                                                                The Center for Holistic Healing
