Monday Class
All Levels Flow Class
Taught By: Jennifer Talton, RYT Time/Dates: Mondays 6:00- 7:00 PM
Our Monday “All Levels Flow” class provides students with the opportunity to enhance and/or modify their practice. Being at the start of the week, the sequences are guided with the intention for energy and release. Finding stability, consistency and control in both pranayama and asana allows students to have the confidence to "show up as they are”. The goal is for the realization that yoga movement is not a competition, but rather an experience of self awareness.
Wednesday Class
Vinyasa Flow Yoga
Taught By: Ericka Thomas, RYT Time/Dates: Wednesdays 6:00- 7:00 PM
Vinyasa Flow is yoga movement synchronized with the breath. Class begins with relaxing the nervous system and then slowly building breath with movement. Yoga postures are linked together and create a flowing meditation. Vinyasa builds strength and mental focus while allowing the body to release tension. This strong practice ends with relaxation and meditation to restore the body and connect with inner clarity. Create a strong foundation and find peace in this dynamic form of yoga.
*Cost for yoga classes is $40 per month to reserve you space in a weekly class per month or $12.00 to drop into a class.*
Sign up to attend more than one weekly class per month and the additional weekly class is just $25 more per month!
